A dedicated support specialist is required to provide high-quality assistance to operational teams and depots.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks including timesheet processing, labour costing, and accounts payable administration.
They will also be involved in coordinating materials and uniform orders, as well as managing Purchase Orders and local facilities and fleet administration.
In addition, they will oversee office support, stationery, accommodation, and travel arrangements, and deliver general administrative support across multiple teams.

* Process timesheets, overtime, TIL, and allowances
* Provide labour costing, invoicing, and accounts payable administration
* Coordinate materials and uniform orders, plus office and operational supplies
