As CDP you will be working with our talented team executing menus that blend tropical freshness, modern Australian tastes, and subtle Indigenous touches inspired by the Daintree Rainforest.You will be a pivotal member of the kitchen team and be responsible for delivering a world-class culinary experience for our discerning, well-travelled guests, utilising the incredibly abundant local produce.
