We're looking for an experienced
SharePoint Functional Designer
to join a high-performing project team supporting our client. This is a 2-month contract to start asap with a high possibility of extension. You'll be part of a collaborative functional team working alongside top-tier technical SharePoint experts, playing a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions with a strong

What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to uncover, analyse, and translate requirements
* Designing functional SharePoint solutions aligned to
compliance, governance, and data lifecycle management
* Configuring and optimising
Microsoft Purview
capabilities within SharePoint
* Working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration
* Facilitating workshops, contributing to documentation, and attending occasional onsite meetings in Canberra
* Advising on best practices for
data classification, retention, and information protection
* Supporting testing, training, and change management activities
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a
SharePoint Functional Designer
in enterprise environments
* Strong, hands-on experience with
Microsoft Purview
(governance, compliance, risk)
* Experience working with
Revan
* Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong documentation and presentation skills
Nice to Have
* Experience working with
government or public sector clients
* Comfortable working in
hybrid environments
with remote collaboration tools
