Imaging Associates is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, photography, and video. This role is ideal for a designer who is early in their career and eager to build their skillset while contributing to a rapidly growing healthcare brand.
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the Imaging Associates visual identity. From digital campaigns and print materials to photography, videography, and brand development, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects, with the opportunity to take real ownership of your work and make a visible impact across the business.
Working 4 days a week: Monday-Thursday, 9am - 5pm

Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well respected Radiologists with a private practice in Wagga Wagga, as well as across Melbourne, and Gippsland. What You'll Get to Do
* Create contemporary, on brand visual concepts for brochures, flyers, posters, event materials, and general marketing collateral.
* Design digital assets for our website, social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
* Conceptualise, design, and prepare print & digital signage for new and existing clinics, collaborating with architects, project teams, and external partners.
* Manage and evolve the IA image library, ensuring brand assets are up to date and accessible.
* Capture photography and videography for campaigns, events, and clinics editing footage for marketing use.
* Support social media content creation, including designing post & drafting copy for digital communications.
* Contribute to marketing and event implementation plans.
* Maintain and evolve the IA style guide to ensure consistent, high quality brand application.
* Review and refine existing graphics to continuously improve brand impact.
* Recommend improvements to our digital design processes.
Who You Are and Skills required to be successful?
Technical Skills & Experience
* 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role (or relevant internships).
* Computer savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After effects.
* Understanding ofprint production, including preparing artwork with correct bleed, trim and safe margins, CMYK colour setup, Pantone/spot colours, high-resolution image handling, and exporting print-ready PDF.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Knowledge of emerging design and media platforms is desirable.
