The Position
- You will prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests.
- Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create “specials” outside the regular menu cycle.
- Manage the expectations of both clients and diners.
The Person
- Experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.
- Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
- Driving licence preferred.
