The Position
* You will prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
* Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests.
* Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create "specials" outside the regular menu cycle.
* Manage the expectations of both clients and diners.
The Person
* Experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.
* Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen.
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
* Driving licence preferred.
