Operations Administrator | Deposit and Payment Operations at

. Join our Deposit and Payment Operations team supporting a variety of products across the Banking and Financial Services industry including Personal Banking, Wealth and Business Banking. What role will you play?
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and stakeholders by processing operational requests. You will work toward deadlines to deliver solutions and liaise with the wider team to resolve discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance requirements are followed. You will onboard new customers, prepare and review AML/CTF requirements, complete ongoing account and client updates, maintenance and adjustments. You will also facilitate the movement of funds including domestic and international payments, and other back-office banking tasks including handling mistaken payments, transaction traces, and payment recalls.
