About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources System Administrator, where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our human capital management systems across the organization.
As a key member of our HRIS team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for system administration, data integrity, report creation, and driving process improvements to leverage the capabilities of the Dayforce system.
You will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and People & Culture Teams, as well as operational users, to maximize the use and effectiveness of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and deploy Dayforce for our national business
* Administer and maintain the system, collaborating with others to develop the platform through ongoing deployment of system capabilities
* Provide user training and support as a system super user and become the go-to person for all functionalities and modules
* Monitor and manage system upgrades, coordinating with technical teams as required
* Contribute to governance processes for the Dayforce system and people data
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience with human resources information systems
* A strong understanding of HR processes and data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
