About the role
We are seeking nine School Operations Assistants to join teams across multiple Schools.
As a School Operations Assistant, you will help ensure the smooth and effective operation of the School by providing high-quality administrative support. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow established processes are essential. You will also contribute to broader Faculty and School initiatives, working collaboratively within a supportive, multifunctional team to assist with operational activities and strategic projects. Previous experience in PA or EA roles and related skills will be highly regarded.
