About the Company
Our client is a highly respected WA-based investment manager with a strong portfolio of commercial property assets. Their success is built on long-term investor relationships and a commitment to delivering strong results.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Investor Relations Officer to become an integral member of their Marketing & Investor Relations team. This role would particularly suit an experienced Executive Assistant or Account Manager who excels in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for wholesale investors, ensuring a warm, professional, and timely response to all queries.
* Deliver an exceptional investor experience through clear, proactive communication and ongoing support.
* Support the full investor communication cycle from onboarding to distributions and reporting.
* Coordinate key processes such as quarterly distribution payments and new fund applications.
* Maintain and update investor records with exceptional attention to detail.
* Promote and support investor use of the online portal, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
* Oversee team collaboration and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of investor-related administration processes.
* Support the monitoring and reporting of fundraising activity, investor engagement, and communications.
* Assist in preparing and distributing performance reports, updates, and correspondence.
* Support the coordination of investor meetings, events, and communications in collaboration with the broader team.
About You

You will have:
* Strong background in executive support, account management, communications, or administration.

* A current driver's licence and reliable car
