Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staffing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance.
The Centre Director will lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs that foster strong partnerships with families and the local community.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and previous experience in a leadership position. You must also have a deep understanding of the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework, and Education and Care Services National Law.
You will require current certification in Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis, as well as Food Safety Supervisor Training. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential.
A proactive, collaborative, and child-centred mindset is critical for success in this role.
About You
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
* Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Centre Director, Service Manager, or 2IC
* In-depth understanding of NQS, EYLF, and ECSNL
* Current certifications: Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety Supervisor Training
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and child-centred mindset
