Ideal candidates should have a degree in Human Resources and relevant experience in employee relations and policy development. They will be responsible for developing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, improving employee engagement, resolving conflicts through mediation or coaching methods while maintaining confidentiality when necessary as required by privacy laws related specifically towards certain populations such as those affected by HIV/AIDS virus transmission risks etc.
