About the RoleYou’ll be an essential part of our team, with duties including:
- Assisting with consultations, surgeries, and patient care
- Administering medications and preparing animals for procedures
- Placing IV catheters, blood collection, intubation
- Running in-house pathology and assisting with imaging (ultrasound & radiography)
- Maintaining hospital hygiene and post-operative monitoring
- Identifying operational improvements and contributing to a positive clinic environment
- Participating in reception duties and client education
About YouWe're seeking a compassionate, experienced GP vet nurse for a part-time maternity leave cover who thrives in a team-focused and fast-paced setting.
You’ll bring:
- At least2 years’ experienceas a veterinary nurse
- ACertificate IV in Veterinary Nursing(or equivalent experience)
- Confidence in surgical, medical, and reception duties
- Initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient and client care
