The Program Support Team provide services which support delivery of the Darling Downs District road infrastructure program and operational activities. The Program Support Team is made of multiple sub-teams who are responsible for the delivery of core business support services and the implementation of efficient business processes, ensuring sound corporate governance is maintained at all times. You will be required to work across multidisciplinary functions within the Program Support Team to support delivery of the Darling Downs District road infrastructure program and operational activities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate and monitor the provision of timely, accurate and relevant damage to departmental road infrastructure property claims made for and against the department.
• Gather information and conduct investigation to ensure effective processing of claims made for and against the department.
• Effectively communicate with district project managers and various stakeholders including QPS, insurers, loss assessors, external customers/clients and other areas of TMR.
• Assist in the management of the district's program of Control Self Assessments and provide advice on all areas of governance for the district.
• Promote and reinforce the need for internal control processes and continuous improvements that support effective business planning, and program/project delivery outcomes.
• Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program and project support activities.
