The Role
The Head of Sales – Property Services will lead the commercial strategy and performance across our Glazing Services and Electrical & Plumbing (E&P) businesses, spanning both Consumer and B2B markets. This influential role also provides leadership to the Glazing Solutions Team, National B2B Sales Team, and Technical Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end ownership of the B2B customer lifecycle—segmentation, targeting, acquisition, retention, and long‑term relationship management
* Lead pricing strategy for retail/consumer channels and optimise capacity management across Glazing branches
* Collaborate with operational teams to develop tailored, innovative commercial solutions
* Manage tender responses and create compelling value propositions for strategic and complex accounts
* Build strong internal and external networks, influencing stakeholders to deliver sustainable, commercial value
