About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Superintendent to lead and manage supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control and logistics support. This role is critical in maintaining seamless material flow and supporting operational excellence across our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and service delivery.
* Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
* Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory systems, and logistics operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Forklift license and knowledge of WHS regulations (preferred).
