About Your Role
You are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by installing, repairing and maintaining nbn products and services.
Your typical day includes tasks such as cabling installation, customer premises equipment installation, fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
About You
A key aspect of this role is interacting with customers, so it's essential to possess outstanding communication skills, honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.
We also look for a current and clean Driver's License and strong, personable communication skills, both written and verbal.
