Your New Team The Constitutional Law Team is a highly skilled group of 11 practitioners who specialize in constitutional and complex public law matters.
The team provides strategic advice to the Attorney-General and Queensland government agencies on constitutional issues, statutory interpretation, and sensitive matters of public importance.
Your New Role As a Senior Lawyer in the Constitutional Law Team, you will work on some of the State's most interesting and high-profile legal issues.
You will provide advice to government on complex public law questions, assist in the preparation of matters for litigation in superior courts, and support the Solicitor-General on issues of State significance.
