Job Title: Interstate Transport Driver
We are seeking a skilled and experienced transport driver to join our team. As an Interstate Transport Driver, you will be responsible for driving our trucks across the country, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Ensure load restraint is maintained according to National Load Restraint Guidelines
* Complete all necessary paperwork on time and in full
* Drive in a time-sensitive environment
* Refuel and maintain cleanliness of allocated equipment
* Stay up-to-date with the latest driver safety systems
Requirements:
* MC licence minimum (experience is essential)
* Minimum of 12 months good driving record (driving history report required)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Physical fitness to operate heavy machinery
