About The Retail Role
You will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver outstanding service to customers nationwide. Your passion for liquor knowledge and ability to work closely with the Store Manager will ensure that the store remains visually appealing and welcoming to customers.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory, creating a positive shopping environment, and delivering results-driven sales performance. You will also have opportunities to learn about new products through supplier visits and tastings.
About You And Your Skills
* Proven experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
* Excellent social skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ability to manage administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management.
* Results-driven approach to achieving store goals and boosting sales.
* Current RSA certification is highly desirable but not essential if willing to obtain one.
