An exceptional opportunity to join a leading global investment firm in a senior role within the Office of the Superannuation Trustee (OST), supporting the Trustee Board in delivering strong governance and member-first outcomes.
The Opportunity As a senior member of the OST, you will play a key role in advising and supporting the Trustee Board across investment oversight, financial management, audit and assurance, and regulatory engagement.
This is a highly visible position, requiring close collaboration with Board Directors, senior executives, and external stakeholders including auditors, asset consultants, and regulators.
Key responsibilities
Oversight of investment governance, fund expenditure, and financial position
Managing relationships with external auditors and key service providers
Supporting the delivery of Investment Committee and Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee activities
Contributing to Trustee strategy and governance frameworks
Leading responses to regulatory requests (APRA, ASIC)
Monitoring emerging risks and ensuring appropriate escalation
You will also have management responsibility for an Analyst within the OST team.

About You You are an experienced senior professional within superannuation or financial services, with a strong understanding of trustee governance and investment oversight.
You will bring:
Significant experience within superannuation or a related financial services environment
Strong knowledge across investment management, fund operations, and financial reporting
Experience engaging with regulators, including APRA and ASIC
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, including Boards and Committees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Board-level reporting
