This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $125,693 - $138,510 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
This role is a temporary position, commencing in July 2025 up till August 2026.

About the Role
The Senior Associate, Infrastructure Assurance provides strategic support and expertise to the delivery of built infrastructure programs and projects through assurance reviews.
This includes coordinating day-to-day activities, including managing review processes, establishing review panels, working with project steering committees, conducting research and analysis, finessing assurance reports, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to policy development.
Some key accountabilities include:
* Manage Assurance review activities including leading on agreed projects, triaging, and resolving issues, emerging trends, agency close out plans and associated reporting, assist with reviewer coordination, review of Tier 4 projects and supporting review of Tier 3 projects.
* Prepare, research and produce timely and accurate reports that identify issues, trends and provide expert advice on recommended actions for implementation.
* From the research undertaken, prepare the terms of reference for reviews and the careful selection of independent reviewers, ensuring that each review is guided by clear objectives, scope, and criteria, and that it is undertaken by individuals with the requisite expertise and objectivity.
* Support and coordinate, assurance review activities including, forward review program, review of Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects, reviewer management and evaluation, closing out review recommendations, and trends reporting.
* Build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders facilitating data quality and supporting achievement of project and reporting outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate should possess relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in built infrastructure planning, development, procurement, or delivery. Have experience in infrastructure planning, development, procurement, or delivery. Experience in Microsoft suite of products, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated analytical and pro-active problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions. Also possess excellent report writing and visual presentation design abilities.
