Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This key role supports the phone sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery and effective communication with varied stakeholders.

The role will involve assisting winery clients in curating their wine offerings for Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate and properly set up. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to optimise campaign offerings and align deals with overarching goals, driving improved outcomes for our partner wineries.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work alongside the Systems Support Administrator to ensure accurate input of campaign offerings into Zoho CRM, reflecting real-time data. You will assist in building and refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools.

Your day-to-day operations will involve supporting daily operational tasks by communicating updates to the sales team and ensuring changes are reflected in Zoho CRM and other platforms. You will also triage and manage queries from the phone sales team that require confirmation from winery clients, acting as a liaison to resolve these efficiently.

In partnership with the Direct team lead, you will deliver engaging training sessions for the Wine Sales team, covering systems, processes, and sales-specific workshops. You will create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for campaign processes and workflows, ensuring regular updates to reflect best practices and continuous improvements.

You will collaborate with the Direct Management team, Wine Sales Specialists, and Marketing team to support campaign and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in campaign or project coordination, excellent proficiency in Zoho CRM and project management tools, and proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

1. Campaign Coordination:
* Assist winery clients in curating their wine offerings for Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate and properly set up.

3. Stakeholder Training & Documentation:

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with the Direct Management team, Wine Sales Specialists, and Marketing team to support campaign and operational needs.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in campaign or project coordination (or similar role).
* Excellent proficiency in Zoho CRM (or similar platform), and project management tools.
* Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience able to use basic formulas and functions.
* Organised with exceptional attention to detail, and strong self-administered QA.
* Analytical, with a track record of working effectively in process-driven and collaborative team environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distil complex and technical queries into accessible information for various audiences.
