The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Professional to join our team. Reporting to the Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for support to both your aligned team and broader business to help injured people bring their lives back together following a motor vehicle accident.
Your new role
* Provide appropriate rehabilitation advice and recommendations in line with relevant legislation and guidelines.
* Implement and monitor treatment, rehabilitation and attendant care requirements to support recovery outcomes.
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of departmental rehabilitation services.
* Coach and mentor Claims staff, promoting best‐practice injury management across the team.
About You
* Extensive experience in a CTP – Compulsory third party claims or similar role
* Experience in Allied Health, Clinical, supervisory and/or workplace‐based rehabilitation experience
* Broad knowledge of CTP – Compulsory third party laws and compliance obligations with a core focus on legislative knowledge and work capacity decisions
* Demonstrated experience in supporting Case Manager coaching, decision making and technical claims management.
* Excellent people, communication, written and networking skills
