With over 35 years of experience in auto repair and transmissions, this small business located in Chipping Norton is looking for the next generation of Automotive Underbody Technician's to join their team.
Specialising in the repair and servicing of automatic transmissions, this role will open your eyes to the underbody systems of a variety of vehicles, including performance, buses, trucks and residential cars.
**About the Role**:
- 4 year apprenticeship, with on-site training from a leading training organisation.
- Learn to diagnose and repair electronically controlled steering systems
- Inspect and service braking systems
- Perform wheel balances and alignments
- Test, charge and replace batteries
- Assist in the manufacture and service of torque convertors
- Receive reimbursed training fees, and PPE free of charge
- This role is full-time, paid at award rate

- Passion for cars and mechanics
- Desire to work towards a career in a specialised area of the automotive industry
- Committed to a 4 year apprenticeship
- Strong communication skills
- Car and licence is essential
