Your responsibilities will include:
* Dispatching Officers to calls and emergency situations, prioritizing the safety of our guests and employees.
* Operating dispatch and surveillance equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
* Facilitating the flow of information by attending daily shift pass downs, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to type 30 words per minute with accuracy.
* Proficiency in various computer applications and software.
* The ability to read and comprehend documents, including safety rules, operation manuals, and procedure guides.
Work Environment and Conditions
