Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join our team in Adelaide.
Role
This role would suit somebody looking for a new journey, within a growing team and an interest in developing best practice with the local water industry. You will have the opportunity to:
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, design and document work to an industry-accepted standard by undertaking wastewater hydraulic modelling
* Managing and delivering projects in a timely and technically competent manner in wastewater hydraulic modelling area
* Representing Mott MacDonald in a client facing role
* Support hydrological and hydraulic modelling to assess wastewater networks, masterplanning and capacity assessments.
* Project management of flooding projects, including management of staff to deliver projects and financial management.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (Civil) or a related discipline, withexperience in wastewater networks design of medium-large scale infrastructure projects
* Knowledge of Australian design standards, codes and practices
* An established track record of wastewater hydraulic modelling for Australian water utilities / councils.
* Proactively seeking to enhance personal and professional development
* Eligible to attain CPEng or CPEng preferred
* Applying hydraulic modelling experience in InfoWorks (ICM, WS Pro), DHI (MIKE URBAN, MIKE+), Epanet or other similar software
