As a Store Manager, you will deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
* Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
* Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
* A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's.
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
* A genuine desire to be part of the organization and alignment with our values.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
