The Company:

The Role:
* Responsible for the full cycle of Operations within the business in QLD. Project Delivery, WHS, Client Relationships, Policies & Procedures, Reports etc...
* Lead and manage the Projects, Service and Sales Teams along with day to day management of Key Clients.
* Report directly into the General Manager
* Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
* Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure industry standards and customer expectations are met
* Develop and manage budgets for Operations
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in an Operations role within the Electronic Security industry would be a huge bonus
* Previous experience in other management positions would be considered as well
* Demonstrated knowledge of operations within a business
* Must be a Team Player with a proven history of leading and inspiring others within a business
* Previous experience managing other Senior Managers (project managers, service managers, sales managers, WHS management etc) within a business
