**The opportunity**
Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for a **Quality Officer** to assist the Agency's **National Contact Centre** Branch (NCC) in improving service delivery
12-month initial contract with the opportunity to extend. APS4 level role paying an hourly rate of $42.54 + Superannuation, to be based out of **Geelong or Dandenong**, including 2 days working from home each week, with the remaining 3 on site.
**The role**
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in various areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinating corporate support functions, administration and onboarding of contractors involved in channel management
- Undertaking quality assessment tasks on all NCC functions
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases
- Participating in project management work as directed
**About you**
- ** Australian citizenship is a requirement** to be eligible for this position
- Developed written and verbal communication skill
- Experience in Stakeholder engagement / management
- Background in Government or Disability highly desirable
