Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and retention
* Negotiate with underwriting partners to secure favorable terms and outcomes for clients
* Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Highly experienced insurance professional with a strong track record of portfolio growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory
