Geelong owned and operated, market-leading custom windows & doors manufacturing company, seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to lead sales in a dynamic environment.

The position is based in Geelong, covering our growth corridors including the Bellarine, Surfcoast and reaching into Western Victoria.
The Role
Consolidate existing client relationships and proactively identify and expand new accounts
Mentor staff in sales, customer service, effective sales strategies and lead development techniques
Interpret architectural drawings, estimate custom window orders, coordinate order throughput
Your Qualities
Building and/or window industry experience including knowledge of Australian Standards and Energy Rating requirements
Proven track record in sales and outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
Team player, with the capacity to operate autonomously, in driving sales
Methodical, with attention to detail including achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Estimating experience using V6 (desirable) and capacity to confirm quotation compliance
Technical skills and proficiency in computer-based systems
Remuneration
Base salary, commission and benefits will be negotiated with the successful candidate
