Description
ConsMin are introducing Diesel/Electric Trucks to our existing fleet and are actively seeking experienced HV Electricians to strengthen the team.
Responsibilities
* Conduct maintenance activities to the mining and support vehicle fleet, consisting predominantly of Caterpillar, Komatsu and XCMG equipment.
* Conduct workshop maintenance and maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas.
* Diagnose and repair machines/equipment in both a workshop and field environment.
* Diagnose and repair electrical systems as required.
Requirements
* Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician or Australian recognised equivalent
* Valid C Class driver's licence (minimum).
* National Police Clearance.
* Must have a current WA Electrical Licence.
* Exposure to GE drive systems.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position on a mine site.
* Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
* Applicants must be able to pass a full pre‐employment medical, provide a clean NPC (dated within the last 6 months (or able to obtain) and provide valid references.
