About the role
As part of the Learning & Teaching Team, each Learning Leader will:
* Lead curriculum development and implementation in their learning area
* Support and mentor teachers to improve instructional practice
* Use data to inform teaching strategies and enhance student outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of professional growth
This role attract a Position of Leadership (POL) allowance and is integral to the College's commitment to high-quality, inclusive education.
What We're Looking For
Applicants must:
* Hold current VIT registration and teaching qualifications
* Be accredited (or working towards accreditation) to teach in a Catholic school
* Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Have a sound understanding of contemporary educational practices
