An established company located in West Perth is seeking a bright and bubbly well-presented and enthusiastic junior receptionist to join their friendly team.
The successful applicant shall have sound computer skills, a professional telephone manner, stable early work history and a desire to excel in this role. This has frequently been a solid starting position to move into a consulting role within the business.

The Skills and Experience Required:_**
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a corporate role
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have the flexibility and confidence to work with a wide range of people
- Excellent presentation skills

What you'll be doing:_**
- Answering the incoming telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting guests and organising appointments
- Word processing documents from templates and exports
- Posting latest announcements to website
- Posting announcements to social media accounts
- Organisation and tidying of common areas
- General administration duties as required
