About the company
My client is a reputable, creative business with HQ based in Sydney.
They are recruiting for a Credit / Collections Officer to join a busy team.
Hybrid working is available (3 days office, 2 days WFH) or full time working from the office if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit management of overdue client balances (high volume ledger)
Management of payment plans
Management of inbound/outbound client calls
Adhoc reconciliations
Arranging payment plans and payments terms
Working closely with small to medium businesses
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Credit / Collections role working on a high volume ledger
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
High attention to detail
Customer service focused
Proactive, positive attitude & able to make informed decisions
Must have 12 months unrestricted work rights in Australia
