Your Time to Shine
The ICT Benefits & Performance Analyst will have the exciting opportunity to establish and manage a new benefits and performance framework for TAFE SA digital technology and transformational change initiatives. In this newly established role, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical and communication skills to support business unit executives, management and staff with transformational change in TAFE SA digital technology.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of an ongoing benefits and performance framework that drives digital service enhancement through the introduction of new processes, tools and ways of working to achieve strategic outcomes.
* Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of technology investment roadmaps that meet the needs of a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Plan and deliver the training and engagement of key stakeholders, including monitoring and sustaining uptake.
* Continuously improve the benefits and performance monitoring toolkits through new insights and learnings incorporating best practice to meet internal needs.
What You'll Bring
* Well developed strategic, business planning and analytical skills, including the ability to analyse complex corporate information, conceptualise data and establish processes to use the information in key decision making
* Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, research and analyse complex problems and formulate solutions to deliver the best outcomes for the business
* Demonstrated knowledge of ICT service management frameworks e.g. ITIL, ISO 20000
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
