We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Plant Operators, Pipelayers, and Labourers to join our team. If you are motivated, hard-working, and passionate about working in the construction industry, we want to hear from you! We are open to re-location packages for the right candidates.
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. Successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team across various construction sites, performing tasks that support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery including graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and rollers.
- Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other workers to complete tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standards on site.
- Perform work to the highest safety standards.
- Lay and install pipeline systems and other underground services, including potable water, recycled water, sewer, and stormwater projects.
- Excavate trenches and prepare sites for installation.
- Read and interpret project plans and drawings.
- Ensure quality assurance in line with project specifications.
- Perform work to the highest safety standards.
Civil Construction Labourers
- Undertake general site labouring duties including digging, trenching, and basic manual handling tasks.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Perform work to the highest safety standards.
- Support plant operators and pipelayers as needed.
