Private Home Assistant / Household Manager
Southbank, Brisbane — 8–10 Hours Per Week (Flexible Weekdays)
Hourly Rate: $40–$50 per hour (experience dependent)
We're seeking an exceptional Private Home Assistant to support the smooth running of a modern, well‑kept Southbank apartment for a busy young professional. This role extends beyond standard cleaning — it's a blend of housekeeping, organisation, errands, and maintaining a calm, beautifully presented home.
About the Role
You'll independently manage the upkeep of a two‑bedroom apartment, working across 2–3 visits per week, totalling 8–10 hours. Days and times are flexible and can be set to suit both parties.
Key Responsibilities
* Full housekeeping & high‑standard apartment cleaning
* Laundry & linen management (washing, drying, ironing, de‑linting, folding, organisation)
* Grocery shopping, household restocking & maintaining supplies
* Light food preparation & simple meals
* Collecting parcels, mail & running general errands
* Maintaining the home to a premium standard using an existing Household Management Guide
* Keeping all areas organised, tidy, and presentable at all times

Cleaning Duties Include
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, internal windows/mirrors, glass detailing, floors, balcony, and all high‑touch and detailed areas.
Laundry Duties Include
Washing, drying, Ironing when needed, folding, organisation, linen rotation and presentation.
