Responsibilities
* Run the pass during busy service to ensure timely, accurate dish preparation exceeding guest expectations
* Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and food prep
* Mentor and guide the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment
* Create and manage staff rosters
* Ensure food safety standards and compliance are maintained
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar in high-volume settings
* Leadership skills to build effective, positive teams
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
* Operational experience for achieving financial and business goals
* Trade Cooking qualifications
* Desire to be part of a fun, professional team
