We have an exciting opportunity for a Support at Home Consultant to join our team to lead the development of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) Support at Home (SaH) growth.

Responsibilities;
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our aged care services in Gippsland
* Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals and families seeking Support at Home Services
* Ensure a smooth transition for clients by coordinating with internal teams during the onboarding process
* Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed
* Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
To be successful, you will require;
* A current Working with Children Check
* A current drivers licence
