Position Summary
A junior position has arisen in our Port Lincoln office.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, FBT returns, BAS and carrying out research. Make your start in an accounting career and receive training and support as you grow and develop as you join a strong local team as part of a vibrant national brand. This role is open to applicants at all stages of study.
Immediate start available and variable hours across the working week (3 day per week minimum).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparation of year-end financial statements for various companies and trusts
* Compliance with regulatory standards and preparing reports in line with the Australian accounting and auditing standards
* Preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns, GST returns, BAS.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Desired
* Completing or interested in completing a Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major - open to applicants at all stages of study
