Traffic Controller – Spray Seal Crew (Immediate Start)
iTrafic Traffic Management has an immediate requirement for an experienced Traffic Controller to join a spray seal crew, commencing tomorrow.
This role involves a mix of regional stay-away work and local metro work on alternating weeks. The first stay-away deployment starts tomorrow in Outer South East Victoria.
LAHA and accommodation are fully provided.
Role Overview
* Spray seal traffic control across regional Victoria
* Stay away from work for up to one week at a time
* Alternating with local metro shifts
* Ongoing work with strong hours through the spray seal season
Key Conditions
* Immediate start
* Stay away from work required
* LAHA paid

* Saturday work may be required
Preferred Skills & Tickets
* Current Traffic Controller accreditation
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Truck licence preferred
* TMA ticket highly regarded (or willingness to undertake training)
* Prior experience in spray seal or asphalt works strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control
* Support spray seal operations safely and efficiently
* Maintain clear communication with crew and road users
* Operate pod trucks where licensed
* Adhere strictly to safety, compliance, and site requirements
