We're looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Officer to take full ownership of our finance and payroll function in a hands‐on, full‐time role based in Osborne Park.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on accuracy, and wants to genuinely own their work - not just process it.

What You'll Be Doing:
* End-to-end finance operations across multiple group entities
* BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, WA Payroll Tax, LSL (MyLeave) and FBT (where applicable)
* ATO & WA State Revenue compliance and liaison
* EOFY reconciliations and audit support
* Working closely with external accountants
* Maintain general ledger and financial records
* Cashflow management across multiple entities
* Superannuation, PAYG & Payroll Tax processing
* Monthly, quarterly & annual reporting
* Budgeting, forecasting & cashflow analysis
* Bank, payroll & balance sheet reconciliations
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Monthly progress claims (including retention management)
Payroll:
* End-to-end weekly payroll for 100+ employees
* Award, agreement & legislative compliance
* Employee payroll and timesheet support
* 5+ years' experience in a similar finance/payroll role
* Degree in Accounting/Finance or Cert IV+ in Bookkeeping (highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of Australian tax, payroll & super
* Confident with accounting software (Xero highly regarded)
* Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
* Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
