Lead addiction services and shape system-wide impact
Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking a Community Director – Addiction Services to provide strategic, operational and professional leadership across a complex and high-impact service environment. In this temporary full-time role (12 months), you will shape the future of addiction health services by leading service delivery, workforce capability, governance and reform initiatives that deliver safe, equitable and evidence-based care for individuals, families and communities.
Your New Role
As Community Director, you will operate at a senior executive level, partnering closely with the Director of Addiction Services and MSAMHS leadership to drive strategy, performance and system integration. You'll lead across clinical governance, workforce, finance and service planning, influencing outcomes locally and statewide.
You Will
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across Addiction Services
* Act as deputy and authoritative advisor to the Director of Addiction Services
* Lead service planning, workforce capability and resource allocation
* Provide high-level oversight of governance, risk and incident management
* Represent Addiction Services on statewide and multi-agency forums
About you:
You are a senior clinician and leader with deep expertise in addiction and mental health services, recognised for your ability to influence complex systems and lead change at scale.

* High-level governance, financial and workforce management capability
