Flagsmile Dental is expanding and has big goals for 2026 and beyond. We are looking for a dental receptionist who will be the professional and friendly face of Flagsmile Dental, and the "go to" person for our patients and team.
You understand the importance of taking good care of people (especially when they are anxious), you love helping others and you excel at finding solutions.
You work efficiently, function well under pressure and you get things done.
You love the challenge of a busy role, where there is always something to do, and something to learn.
Together with our team of hard working dentists and dental assistants, we are committed to supporting you in providing an amazing experience to all our patients.
You days of work will be:
Mondays 8:30am to 6:30pm
Tuesdays 8:30am to 6:30pm
Wednesday 8:30am to 6:30pm
Fridays 8:30am to 6:30pm
OPTIONAL - Saturdays 8am to 2pm - please indicate if you are available to work on Saturdays.
These hours will be confirmed further in the recruitment process - so please also indicate your preferences if these hours are not a fit for you.
Some overtime may be required depending on daily operations.
You will also be given training on the clinical (dental assistant) aspects of the role.
