**How will I Help?**
As a Team Member in the Payments & Registrations, Certifications & Settlements team, you are responsible for the processing of settlements in a timely manner including liaising with other banks, solicitors and PEXA (for e-settlements).
You will be a key Member of the Home Ownership Services Team within Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) and your role will be paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac’s vision. You contribute to this vision by managing and meeting our customer’s settlement needs, ensuring a seamless settlement process and helping our customers to get into their homes.

**What do I need?**
To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have a great attention to detail. A background in Consumer Credit Policy and strong WBG consumer products, processes and policies knowledge is also beneficial.
You will have great stakeholder management to build robust, effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will have a willingness to learn and progress your career within the accounts closure space. A relevant degree or professional qualification will be desirable.
