About Us
Aquatic culture is a freshwater fish farm located in Innisfail in north Queensland, an idyllic tropical location & the gateway to the rainforest & the reef.
As a Casual Fish Farm Hand / Aquaculture Technician you will be involved with a diverse range of daily operational tasks within the farm :
Fish feeding, cleaning & general husbandry
Spawning & larval rearing
Collection & packing of fish for orders
Farm maintenance
About the Job
Position : Casual Fish farm Hand / Aquaculture Technician
Hours : Starting at three days per week
Starting Hourly Rate - Above Award Rate
Essential criteria
Valid QLD driver's license & access to reliable transport
Must have a work visa or Australian Citizen
Those with genuine interest / Experience in Aquariums & Aquaculture encouraged to apply. Full training provided for entry level candidates.
Live local to Innisfail Qld or willing to relocate (temporary shared accommodation may be available to suitable candidates)
