The Role: We’re seeking a highly organised and technically minded Product Manager to assist the Bus, Coach and Power Solutions Sales Team with a range of strategic initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director – Buses, Coach & Power Solutions, this role plays a key part in guiding technical projects from concept through to implementation, while also supporting product training across multiple applications.
Responsibilities
- Utilise Scania systems to develop and manage the Australian market products portfolio
- Design and implement pricing strategies to optimise profitability
- Support product launches and introductions across the Australian market
- Liaise with Scania Sweden to influence future product development
- Investigate emerging market demands and customer trends
- Assist in preparing submissions for Government and private tenders
- Contribute to the development and delivery of product training

About You
- Passion for buses & coaches and the industry
- Expertise in the automotive, transport or bus industry considered as an advantage
- Proven experience in product management, pricing strategy, or business development
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Expertise with transport or industrial systems preferred
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
