We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to support a major enterprise transformation program (MPOWER / MS Program) delivering a new Microsoft environment and modern ways of working.This role is critical to ensuring our people are confident, capable and ready to operate in a new, secure and digitally enabled workplace.The program spans multiple streams including identity and access, document management, finance systems, infrastructure, and collaboration tools, impacting all corporate staff.
What you'll need to succeed
The Training Lead will design and deliver a program-wide training and capability uplift strategy that enables successful transition and sustained adoption of new systems and ways of working.This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for translating complex technical change into simple, practical and role-based learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the Training Strategy and Training Roadmap aligned to program phases (design, build, migration, hypercare)
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across impacted business groups
* Design role-based learning pathways (e.g. all staff, power users, specialist roles)
Develop and oversee delivery of blended learning solutions, including:
* Instructor-led training (ILT)
* Virtual sessions
* e-learning modules
* Job aids and performance support materials
Work closely with:
* Change & Communications
* Project and technical teams
* Business SMEs
* Establish a train-the-trainer and/or scalable delivery model
* Define and track training effectiveness and readiness metrics
* Support cutover readiness and post-go-live capability uplift
