Riverina Fresh is a 100% Australian owned Dairy and Food Services company celebrating more than 100 years in business. We produce a range of award-winning dairy products including the iconic Riverina Fresh branded milks, creams, and yogurts. We also provide our customers with an extensive Food Services range. Following an exciting period of business growth and development, our Dairy Manufacturing and Distribution facility located in the heart of Central Wagga has a casual opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and highly motivated self-starter to join our team in the role of Customer Service Officer.
The successful applicant must have flexibility to work dayshift, 8am to 4pm, and afternoon shift, 4pm to midnight (minimum two shifts per week) and a fixed 4 hr shift on Sundays.
Key responsibilities
* Frequent engagement with customers, through verbal and digital means
* Working with our customers to enable order processing
* Key point of contact for vendors and distributor orders
* Preparation of customer invoices and associated documentation to meet despatch and transport schedules
* Helping customers navigate our technology and digital ordering platforms
* Approachably and proactively managing Customer accounts
* Ensuring Customer Accounts are maintained as per business process/terms
* Working with Sales and Distribution teams to achieve business outcomes
* Completing cyclical account reporting
* Other associated administrative functions
What we are looking for
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a very approachable style
* Experience in an operational or customer facing, administrative role
* High digital dexterity, with working knowledge of Microsoft suite
* Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone
* High degree of attention to detail
* Experience with ERP and Ordering software – Pronto (preferred but not essential)
* Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive and able to work autonomously
* Familiarity and experience in project scheduling and reporting (preferred but not essential)
* High level communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills
